Requirements

Team Member Roles:

Working at Papa Gino’s and D'Angelo's is all about teamwork, pride, and serving every guest the delicious food they are craving.

You can be sure to learn new skills, make new friends, and learn the basics of the menu, food safety, and sanitation. You will also have the opportunity to learn additional skills and grow your career.

You can become a server, cashier, cook, delivery driver, or start working towards becoming a Shift Leader. The skies are the limit when it comes to your career at Papa Gino’s.

As a Cashier:

You will be responsible for making each guest feel valued by greeting them energetically with a sincere “Hello, welcome to Papa Gino’s/D'Angelo's.”

You will ensure that each guest gets exactly what they want by politely listening, suggesting items, repeating back their order, and being knowledgeable of the menu and ordering system.

This is a key role because you are trained to be efficient in processing orders while bringing your friendly personality to make each guest feel special. Handling credit cards, rewards cards, and cash requires focus and precision, and each cashier is thoroughly trained before working independently.

As a Cook:

You will prepare and present our food according to company specifications. You will be trained on how to use the equipment, resources, and tools needed to prepare the best product for our guests.

As a Shift Leader:

You will take the first step into a leadership role with Papa Gino’s. You will assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, including scheduling team members, assisting with inventory control, cash handling, and training team members.
