The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program that offers internships and co-ops, preparing students for full-time employment and long-term success at SAP or within its vast ecosystem of customers and partners after graduation. The STAR program allows students to get hands-on experience and rotate between multiple lines of business such as SAP’s Product Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, and Customer Success board areas.

Position title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program - Development Focus [Newtown Square]
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square, PA
Expected start date to end date: May 2026 – July 2028
Working hours: Part time (10 - 20 hrs./week) during the semester - Full time (40 hrs./week) during break
STAR students first receive a full range of formal trainings on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills, prior to entering their specific department. Students are expected to commit to full-time employment when on break from their university and part-time during their academic terms (minimum 10 hours per week).
Top performers who successfully graduate from university will be well positioned for full-time employment at SAP. Graduates of the program will likely find their ideal job in areas such as software development, service & support, product management, or consulting.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes in pay transparency to foster an honest, supportive culture. The annualized compensation range for this position is $15,000 - $62,000 USD. The actual offer will depend on education, skills, experience, location, and other factors. Variable incentives are based on company and individual performance.
