Position at SBM Management

SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Site Manager! The Site Manager coordinates and directs operations necessary to carry out the company's contractual responsibilities, including all planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations, and other high-level managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns personnel to routes.
• Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance, including safety, quality, and service standards.
• Audits and maintains inventories, supplies, and equipment.
• Investigates new equipment and promotes improved methods.
• Reviews customer requests for service to determine the cause, type of malfunction, and addresses issues with the manager.
• Implements organization policies and goals.
• Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify areas for potential cost reductions.
• Assists in promoting services to develop new markets, increase market share, and secure a competitive position in the industry.
• Inspects the plant and evaluates the use of space and facilities.
• Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules for modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts.
• Ensures that the site meets budget goals on a sustained basis.
• Assists in developing long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program and process improvements.
• Coordinates program specifications, proposal requirements, contracts, and related documents.
• Compiles data for preparing estimates.
• Maintains and reports on financial aspects such as labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and related changes.
• Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
• Directs supervisory management involved in support of facilities programs.
• Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
• Reviews correspondence concerning contractors and responds appropriately.
• Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure smooth contract operations.
• Conducts and attends meetings to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees.
• Assists with human resource concerns and issues.

Qualifications

• Operations experience
• Significant facilities management experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $72,000 - $80,000 per year

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
