At JobPeeks, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered video job-ad creation services. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for prepaid wallet funds purchased on our platform.


2. Wallet Billing


JobPeeks uses prepaid wallet funds. Employers load a USD wallet balance, then completed video generation is charged by finished video seconds at the rate shown in the product.


3. Refund Eligibility


We offer refunds under the following conditions:

(a) Unused Wallet Balance

  • You may request a refund for unused wallet balance within 28 days of purchase.
  • Only wallet funds that have not been used for completed video generation are eligible for refund.

(b) Failed Generations

  • If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our platform, and wallet funds were deducted from your account, you may request a refund or wallet restoration for that specific generation.
  • Failed generations must be reported within 14 days of the failure.

(c) Non-Refundable Charges

  • Wallet funds that have been successfully used for completed video generation are not refundable.
  • Wallet top-ups purchased more than 28 days ago are not eligible for refund.
  • Promotional wallet balance is not refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Wallet top-up amount
  • Reason for refund request
  • For failed generations: details of the failure including date and time

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.


5. Refund Processing


  • Approved refunds are processed manually and issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 20 business days of approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Refund Calculation


Unused Wallet Balance: If you have not used wallet funds from your purchase, you may receive a full refund of the eligible amount paid.

Partially Used Wallet Balance: If you have used some wallet funds, the refund will be calculated from the unused eligible balance.


7. Abuse Prevention


JobPeeks reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect:

  • Patterns of abuse or excessive refund activity
  • Fraudulent purchase or usage patterns
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team

All refund decisions are final and at JobPeeks' sole discretion.


8. Chargebacks and Disputes


Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining wallet balance.


9. Wallet Balance Expiration


Prepaid wallet balance purchased on JobPeeks does not expire during beta. However, the 28-day refund eligibility window begins from the date of purchase, not from the date of first use.
