At JobPeeks, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered video job-ad creation services. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for Video Credits and Asset Credits purchased on our platform.
2. Credit Types
JobPeeks offers two types of credits:
- Video Credits – Used to generate complete video job ads. Packages range from 1 credit ($49.99) to 100 credits ($3,499.30) with volume discounts.
- Asset Credits – Used to generate digital assets including images, speech, and music that assist in video creation. Packages range from 50 credits ($9.26) to 550 credits ($101.81).
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
(a) Unused Credits
- You may request a refund for any unused Video Credits or Asset Credits within 28 days of purchase.
- Only credits that have not been used to generate videos or assets are eligible for refund.
- If you purchased a package of credits and used some of them, only the unused portion may be refunded at the pro-rata rate.
(b) Failed Generations
- If a video or asset generation fails due to a technical error on our platform, and the credit was deducted from your account, you may request a refund or credit restoration for that specific generation.
- Failed generations must be reported within 14 days of the failure.
(c) Non-Refundable Credits
- Credits that have been successfully used to generate videos or assets are not refundable.
- Credits purchased more than 28 days ago are not eligible for refund.
- Promotional or bonus credits are not refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Package purchased (e.g., "10 Video Credits" or "100 Asset Credits")
- Reason for refund request
- For failed generations: details of the failure including date and time
Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed manually and issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 20 business days of approval.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Refund Calculation
Full Package Unused: If you have not used any credits from your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Partial Package Used: If you have used some credits from a package, the refund will be calculated based on the number of unused credits at the standard per-credit rate for your package size.
Example: If you purchased 10 Video Credits for $419.92 ($41.99 per credit) and used 3 credits, you would be eligible for a refund of 7 unused credits × $41.99 = $293.93.
7. Abuse Prevention
JobPeeks reserves the right to deny refund requests if we detect:
- Patterns of abuse or excessive refund activity
- Fraudulent purchase or usage patterns
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
All refund decisions are final and at JobPeeks' sole discretion.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected]. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.
9. Credit Expiration
Both Video Credits and Asset Credits purchased on JobPeeks do not expire. However, the 28-day refund eligibility window begins from the date of purchase, not from the date of first use.
